
Dr. Giovanni Briganti is a specialist in psychiatry and computational medicine, dedicated to enhancing mental healthcare through a blend of clinical practice, research, and technological innovation. With a European practice focusing on severe psychiatric disorders, neuropsychiatric presentations, psychogeriatrics, psychosomatic medicine and forensic psychiatry, he has expertise in complex conditions such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, major depressive disorder, dementia, catatonia, PTSD and ADHD. His approach emphasizes personalized, evidence-based care, supported by his research work.
Currently serving as professor and head of department of computational medicine and neuropsychiatry at the University of Mons, Belgium, as well as professor of digital health at the University of Liège and lecturer at the Université libre de Bruxelles, Dr. Briganti is actively engaged in research and teaching. His work explores the integration of computational tools in clinical practice, striving to provide deeper insights into diagnostic and therapeutic practices.
